Lisa is a potter from Kitchener, originally from Pennsylvania. She has a BA from the University of Delaware (1981). For 29 years she has supported herself as a potter, running Mermaid Springs Pottery, teaching throwing classes and hand building workshops and wholesaling to stores and doing craft shows.  Lisa's pottery is inspired by her interest in ancient pagan cultures , mythology & her passion for cats. Her whimsical pieces often have, mermaids, Goddesses, cats, trees, & dragons adorning their  surfaces.
